Your support plan is to be taken in-between consultations. A detailed description is included. However, if you have any questions, you may find some useful information here as well.
More information on your support plan (homeopathy, nutrition, supplements)
Your support plan will include a detailed explanation on how to use the homeopathic remedies and supplements, and also useful diet and lifestyle advice.
If you want more information about the support plan or have any questions during the treatment, you can find some very useful information on the More Resources‘ section of the website.
Storing & recycling your products
If possible, store your remedies in a cool, dry place, away from the sun & strong odours. Bottles & plastic dispensers can be recycled or returned to us if you prefer.
If you are on a prescribed chemical medication and wish to stop using it, you should consult your GP and explain that you are seeking alternative treatment to support you during withdrawal. Your GP will be able to advise you on the pace of withdrawal. I am very happy to discuss this with your GP is he/she wishes so. NEVER SUDDENLY STOP TAKING prescribed chemical medication.
Help between appointments
If you have any questions, or are experiencing an acute illness or new symptoms before the next appointment, the most efficient way to get in touch is over email. Acute illness may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment, and for this reason, it may be better to address it first. When safe to do so, we recommend that people try to self prescribe, using a Home Essential Remedy Kit, which is available at our Practice. It comes with a detailed self-help manual. Homeopathic books are also listed on this website.
If we are away or unavailable, please contact a homeopathic pharmacy of your GP. At times, illness is serious and beyond home treatment, and it is absolutely necessary to consult a reputable health practitioner, your GP or the emergency service, whatever you think is most appropriate. If there is any doubt about an illness you must consult a health professional.
