I have published a new article on Inspiral Online this month, and I chose a topic close to my heart, arthritis. In my 20’s I suffered from psoriasis arthritis (a variant of the psoriasis skin condition with a severe type of joints’ pain and deformation). Its was in my early 30’s that I decided to turn to complementary medicine to sort me out. I was then on 3 types of conventional medications and my health was deteriorating significantly.
The homeopath, I saw in France, told me that he would first need 3 months to strengthen my digestive system and allow my body to start absorbing nutrients and heal. As I had no other option, I took the treatment and noticed how much energy, I picked up. Slowly the pain went off and I was able to stop the pain-killers. After a year, I had the all-clear.
This is what started my inner journey and my intention to move from a high-profile job into becoming a health practitioner. Over the last 8 years, I have seen countless people with arthritis, and bar one, they all had either significant improvement or “permanent remission”. In my view, the only client, I could not help, was not patient enough to wait the 3 or 4 months maximum to notice an improvement.
You can find more information about how to treat arthritis from a holistic perspective here.
