Diabetes is a major health risk, as 30% of the population in Europe is now considered to be “pre-diabetic”. Diabetes is on the rise. It is often linked to obesity and an inability for the body to process efficiently carbohydrates, and more generally other sources of food.

The International Aromatherapy Association commissioned an article on this subject after one of my patients, contacted them. This is a case study, which shows the blood sugar readings and the insulin intake before and after starting an individualised metabolic-adjusted food plan.

The patient lost weight, gained energy as his sugar balance was more in control and his GP was very very pleased, like me.
