Customers can find it difficult to use the ampoules manufactured by the German pharmaceutical company Heel. While made primarily of homeopathic remedies and “sarcodes”, they have gone through the same rigorous process as medical drugs, and for this reason are packaged in a very secure way.
This post will guide you through the process of opening one of the Heel ampoule safely.
To use the Heel homeopathic ampoule, first, empty the top of the he glass ampoule by hitting it (figure 1). When all the liquid is in the bottom part, locate the pre-cut glass and orientate the dot away from yourself (figure 2). The ampoule is snapped open by pulling the top of the ampoule towards you while holding the bottom straight (figure 3). Since the edge of broken glass can be sharp and jagged, you should take precautions to avoid cutting your fingers (figure 4). Put the liquid in your bottle of water by shaking heavily the broken ampoule.
