This is part of our regular group activities. I will be facilitating a day of exploring the “anger emotion.” So first, let me explain that the aim of the day would be to allow us to explore in a safe and comfortable environment how we feel when something makes us angry, how we may suppress it, and also how we can express or let go of our anger.
The first part of the course is made of very energetic and practical exercises in the morning, from a prompt start at 10AM to lunch at 12.30PM.
The afternoon will be more of a time to integrate and reflect on how we experience anger, and we will have exercise from 1.30 to 4.30PM.
Ideally an even number of people would be good, so let us know if you plan to attend.
